Orders on Fridays aren't guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays, although in most cases they will.

Your order will be dispatched if it is approved based on your medical history and the pharmacist has no further questions. So, provide as many details about your medical history as possible to ensure the pharmacist can make a decision about treatment. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed Monday-Friday before 15:30. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday. This excludes bank holidays.

Returns and Cancellations

Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely.

Cancellations


If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is accepted by the pharmacy.
How do I cancel my 123 Meds order?
If you wish to cancel your 123 Meds order, you can email hello@123-meds.co.uk or call 0116 2963322 and the team will be happy to help you.
However, if your order has already been sent to the pharmacy, unfortunately it is unable to be cancelled.

Delivery FAQs

  • How are my items packaged?

    All your items are sent to you discreetly in standard courier packaging; there are no logos or information displayed on the packaging about the pharmacy or the product itself.

  • Do I need to sign for my delivery?

    On receipt of your delivery please note there may be a requirement to sign for your items you will be notified about this at the checkout point of your order

  • Order tracking?

    Once your order has been approved an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

  • Where does 123 deliver to?

    123 meds can only deliver next day to customers in the UK

     

    Note: We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
