10.1.2 agree to keep your username and password confidential and to take reasonable steps to protect and not to share the login details for your online patient record with anyone;

10.1.3 must not create more than one account with our site; and

10.1.4 confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

11 Viruses, hacking and other offences

11.1 We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

11.2 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

11.3 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

11.4 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

11.5 By breaching this clause 11, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. 14 Loyalty Program

14.1 The loyalty program commenced on the 10th August 2021, points cannot be collected for orders placed before this date.

14.2 123 meds can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions.

14.3 The standard number of points you will collect are three for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases; however the number of points collected can vary.

14.4 After shopping online on 123 Meds, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your account after your order is dispatched.

14.5 One point is worth £0.01 to spend on products online at 123-meds.co.uk. We will not exchange points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

14.6 You must have enough points to cover the cost of the product; you cannot make a partial payment of points towards a product or service.

14.7 You will not earn points when you pay with points.

14.8 You cannot apply a promo code when paying with points.

14.9 If you cancel an order, we will deduct the number of points collected from your account.

14.10 By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you will automatically opt in to our Loyalty Program.

15 123 MedsSubscription Terms & Conditions

15.1 By signing up for a 123 Meds subscription, you understand and agree to subscribe to an automatically renewing service that requires recurring payments which will be taken at the frequency stated in your subscription plan. You also understand that it is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including pausing or cancelling the subscription. For any questions about 123 Meds subscriptions, please contact our customer service team.

15.2 We reserve the right to modify, pause, disable or cancel your subscription at any time without reason.

15.3 If any transaction that is part of your subscription cannot be processed, we reserve the right to pause or disable the subscription.

15.4 You will be sent an email every time before your subscription renews to confirm your medical status has not changed. It is your responsibility to read and respond to this email to communicate any health condition changes to our pharmacy team that will or may impact your eligibility for treatment. If you do not understand and/or require clarification on any part of any email sent to you asking for confirmation of your medical status, you agree to contact the 123 Meds customer service team immediately for assistance.

15.5 You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, if you'd like to cancel your subscription and stop receiving subsequent orders, you must cancel your subscription before payment of the subsequent order is taken. If you do not do this, your subscription order will still be processed, and payment will be taken.

15.6 If you wish to cancel an order within your subscription after payment has already been taken for that order, you may be able to do so before the order is dispatched. Order dispatch times can vary, so you must get in touch with the 123 Medscustomer service team as soon as possible to request cancellation in this instance. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any subscription order before dispatch.

15.7 The price of medication as part of each order within a subscription is based on the price of the medication at the time the subscription is created. A discount from a promotion code can only be applied to the first delivery within a subscription. We reserve the right to adjust our prices for medication at any time due to factors including but not limited to supplier price increases. If prices change, we'll inform you in advance and offer the option to cancel your subscription without any charges.

15.8 All subscription orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to send suitable alternative treatment brands should this be necessary.

15.9 Discounts may be available under our 'Subscribe and Save' scheme. The discount applied to your initial order may differ from those applied to subsequent orders. Special offers cannot be combined with any 'Subscribe and Save' discounts unless otherwise specified.

15.10 The ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’ promise is only applicable for one-time purchases.

15.11 The default delivery option for subscription orders is Royal Mail First Class. When signing up for a subscription, you agree that medicines may be posted through the letterbox and you confirm that there are no pets or children at the property who may take or consume the medicines.

16 Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

17 Entire Agreement

These terms of use and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the use of our site.
