Is 123 Meds fully licensed and regulated? How can I be sure it’s legal?
123 Meds is fully regulated and authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines through our website.
Saffron Apothecaries (Leicester) Limited registered in England and Wales as an online pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can view the registration information on the General Pharmaceutical Council website.Is your service confidential?
Yes. Your personal details and order history are completely confidential and will never be shared with a third party without your prior consent.
How do I make a complaint?
We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. You can make a complaint in writing, by email, telephone, or any other convenient method regarding any service we provide.

Delivery
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not currently, but we are looking to extend our range of services.
What is the daily cutoff time for orders?
The weekday cutoff is 15:30 for same day dispatch
Are your deliveries discreet?
Yes, we only use plain, discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
How long does my order take to be delivered?
Once your order has been dispatched the delivery time will depend on the option you selected at checkout. If you selected the DPD next day delivery you order will be with you by the next working day (as long as the order was placed before 3.30pm on weekdays Monday to Thursday). If you selected the Royal Mail Tracked 48 option, your order will arrive with you in 2-3 working days.
How long does my order take to be sent out?
Once the order has been placed it needs to be checked by our prescribers and then issued and packed by our pharmacy team. Occasionally our prescribers will have further questions which may cause delays. Once the medication has been dispensed it will be sent out that same day if ordered before 3.30pm on weekdays
Placing an order
Do I need a prescription?
No. All you need to do is complete a quick online medical consultation. This will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, and if treatment is suitable for you, a prescription for the treatment will be issued free of charge. For some treatments, however, you will need to have been diagnosed with the relevant medical condition by a GP or pharmacist prior to ordering from us.
Can I make a repeat order?
Yes. You can sign in to your account on the website and choose the option to make a repeat order.
Do I have to fill in a questionnaire each time I re-order?
Yes - this is to ensure that our prescribers have the most up-to-date information to provide you with the most appropriate treatment option.
I have not received an email confirmation. What can I do?
Once you have placed an order with us, email confirmations are automatic. If you have not received one, please check your junk mail. Also, double-check that you have provided us with the correct email address upon registration
Returns
Can I return my medication?
Unfortunately, once your order for medication has left our premises we are unable to accept returns. This in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
If you have any medicines that you have ordered that you no longer require, these can be returned to us via post or taken to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
